REFUNDS

All sales are final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges on purchases. Most items are consignment pieces, once an item sells the consignor is paid. Please feel free to contact us with any questions you may have after reviewing item descriptions and photos.

SHIPPING

Orders are shipped within 3 business days, but most will be processed within 24 hours. The majority of our domestic shipments are done via UPS & USPS. International shipments go through DHL where DHL will deliver. We offer an overnight expedited shipping option for an additional charge. Expedited shipping is never guaranteed and shipping will be refunded if it is not delivered as expected.

Customers are automatically emailed a tracking number when the item is fulfilled, and are responsible for tracking the item in transit until delivery. We are not responsible for missing packages if the carrier has provided delivery confirmation to the customer’s shipping address entered at checkout. It is important to ensure that the shipping address is the correct one at checkout as we are not able to change it after the order is placed. If you believe your package is lost or stolen, please contact your local carrier then contact us for next steps. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Carrier calculated at checkout via DHL. Orders will be cancelled if the carrier classifies as unable to deliver the shipment. Pricing does not include duties/taxes for International shipments. Should your shipment incur import duties/taxes, these are the customer's responsibility. Items are shipped with the full declared value.

LAYAWAY

25% non-refundable deposit with 8 weeks to pay off. No monthly layaway installments necessary. If you fail to pay your layaway balance to The Bag Broker you will lose your deposit and the original purchase will remain property of The Bag Broker. No credits or cash refunds will be given. Layaway deposits and payments are non-transferable. When your layaway is paid in full, your item will usually ship within 3 business days.

All items come as-is. Items are pre-owned unless otherwise stated. All wear is noted for each item on thebagbrokerluxury.com. It is the Buyer’s responsibility to review the wear before proceeding with the purchase or layaway.
