Please contact us within this period and provide documentation from a reputable third-party authentication service that disputes the authentication provided with your purchase.

If at any point during your ownership an item purchased from The Bag Broker is determined to be non-authentic by a reputable third-party authentication service, please contact us with the applicable documentation. We will review the findings and, once the determination has been verified and the original item has been returned to us, provide a full refund in accordance with our lifetime authenticity guarantee.
